Liability for content
Pursuant to § 7 (1) of the German Telemedia Act (TMG), as a service provider, we are responsible under general law for our own content on this site. However, pursuant to §§ 8 to 10 of the TMG, as a service provider, we are under no obligation to monitor transferred or saved information of third-party origin or to search for circumstances that may suggest unlawful activity.
Obligations under general law to remove or block the use of information shall remain unaffected. Any liability in this respect is, however, only incurred from the time we become aware of a specific infringement. On becoming aware of such infringements, we will remove such content immediately.
Liability for links
Our site contains links to external, third-party websites, over the content of which we have no influence. We can therefore accept no liability for such third-party content.
